I offer a free real-time video follow-up consultation two weeks after you complete your physical therapy. The sessions are 10 to 15 minutes long and are done via a web-based platform at doxy.me/anjoept. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and have me check your technique when performing your home exercises without coming into the office. You will need a webcam and microphone with your computer.
